Nut processing plant
The company consists of the following main assets:
1. Production base for processing and storage of nuts, built in 2022, including:
• 1500 m2 of total built-up area, new workshops with a 120 m3 refrigerating chamber;
• New German equipment (AMB Rousset) for processing walnuts (kernels), including calibration, drying, crushing and separation belt lines with a processing capacity of 50-100 tons of walnuts per year;
• Photovoltaic installation of 60 kW for own needs;
Agricultural machinery (2 pcs. new Kubota tractors and attachments, lawn mowers), trucks, a new Linde stacker, a pickup truck plus a lot of inventory);
2. 20 hectares of young (6 years old) organic perennials with walnuts with proven French varieties (Lara, Fernor and Ferne);
- There is drip irrigation in the gardens.
3. 2 hectares of additional land for planting permanent crops;
Options:
1. Developed an online store for the sale of organic products with a trademark registered with the Patent Office.
2. If there is interest, it is possible to provide European financing and grants for the development of the enterprise in different directions.
The enterprise and gardens are 20 km away. from the Danube river (Rumna border), the port and the main transport arteries.
