WALLS AND PARTITIONS

External walls: high-quality hollow brick with a thickness of 25 cm (Ledra 9LB25 therm series), two layers of plaster and an external thermal insulation system of the StoTherm Classic type with a 7 cm thick styrofoam insulation (Sto-EPS Board) made in Germany.

Interior walls: plasterboard system (Knauf Germany) 10 cm with 11 mm OSB panels on both sides and Rockwool inside.

FINISHING

The exterior surface will be finished in accordance with the technical characteristics of the thermal insulation system StoTherm Classic, Germany.

From the inside, all exterior (brick) walls will be finished with 3 layers of cement plaster. Internal partitions will be treated with at least two layers of putty.

The open ceilings will be covered with acrylic coating.

PAINTING

Internal wall putty and 3 layers of oil paint in bathrooms and toilets. The paint approved by the Client's designer.

All walls are white - ceilings are white or other at the customer's choice. The paint color is approved by the client's interior designer.

All other doors and windows will be made of gray (series and color approved by the supervision of architects) aluminum, with double glazing and mesh protection. The door/window system should have a Uw≤2.9 W/m2. k. of MUSCITO. Aluminum piston for all sliding windows/doors.

Italian designer interior doors with high-quality door fittings imported from Italy, GB DORICO models or similar quality.

HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM

Solar and electric heater with two solar panels with a capacity of 1200 liters and a hot water cylinder with a volume of 220 liters. Water pressure boosting system (type Grundfos MQ 3-45).

BALCONIES

10cm styrofoam insulation board (type Sto-EPS Board Top32 CE) will be used for thermal insulation of the roof and balconies above the interior of the building. A 10cm C25 concrete screed (including Y6/20 steel mesh) will be made on top of the insulation, a one-component fiber-reinforced cement mortar for elastic waterproofing and protection of Sikalastic-1K concrete will be used to seal and increase the water resistance of the roof and balconies. Laying of tiles on balconies will be carried out on cement mortar. A high-molecular cement water-repellent filler (approved by the Client's engineer) will be used for cementing ceramic tiles. Glass protective railings will be installed on balconies. The type of glass attachment will be at the choice of the architect.

FRONT FACADE

The materials used on the facade (wood, stone and/or concrete/hpl metal/glass) will be selected according to the architect's design and material must be approved by the project engineer architect.

The size of the pool is 21m2 by Saratoga Pools. Reinforced concrete monolithic walls. Pentair-America water pump, engine and filtration system. The pool will be finished with a 3D effect of a PVC liner from Rinolit 3000 Touch of German production.
