The asset consists of an abandoned hotel in Peyeia, Paphos. The building is in two fields that are located along Vatoudion street, approx. 250m north east of Agiou Georgiou avenue and 750m north of the coastline. The fields are adjacent and as one unit, they have an irregular shape and even surface, slightly inclined to east. The fields have a frontage of approx. 60m along a registered road. In the asset there is an abandoned hotel with swimming pool. The hotel is a three storey building with two underground levels named «Melis Hotel». The immediate area of the asset comprises mostly of empty parcels and some touristic and residential developments.
