It is located in the UH3 zone of the town planning regulations, an area corresponding to the sectors of historic hamlets which have a preserved urban morphology that the PLUiH wishes to preserve. Three sub-sectors (UH1, UH2, UH3) have been defined to deal with the differences in terms of footprint, namely:
- Social mix: from 3 housing units, 40% social housing (number of housing units rounded
to the upper whole)
- Footprint coefficient: 20%
Height of future construction: 8m from the roof sewer - The maximum total height allowed is 11m.
Full soil coefficient: 35%
