A 16th-century castle in the suburb of Fontainebleau (75 km from Paris) in a forest area, in a quiet ecologically clean agricultural area. It is located on the territory of 5 hectares (plus 2 hectares of forest). Main building: 4-storey, living area of 812 sq.m., has 20 rooms each with a fireplace, 6 bedrooms. 2-storey extension : with an area of 368 sq.m., has 14 rooms on the second floor and a garage for 2-3 cars on the first floor. Pool house with an area of 100 sq.m., with a heated swimming pool, shower and summer kitchen. On the territory of the castle there are buildings of the 13th century, which are architectural monuments - a bridge and a tower with a dovecote. The castle is a historical monument of France. It was qualitatively restored with expensive materials by architect and decorator Pierre Scappula. The original furniture has been preserved.
