The villa is located on the first coastline in Saint Maxime and has direct access to the sea. The kitchen opens onto a bioclimatic gazebo with an area of 28 square meters, equipped with a second dining table and barbecue. The living area of the villa is 330 sq. m. and the area of the territory is 1200 sq. m. The villa can accommodate up to 18 people (16 adults + 2 children). The second recreation area awaits you outside: a fairly large terrace with sea views, a Jacuzzi with a garden area, an outdoor heated pool with sun loungers, as well as a petanque playground.
There are also paddle boards, a billiard table and an electric scooter at the disposal of the villa's guests, for an even more varied pastime. The villa is ideal for a family holiday or a vacation with a large group of friends.
