The hotel is under renovation, in Menton, on the central square of the city, 100 meters from the beach. The hotel will have a total of 29 rooms: 9 rooms on the ground floor, of which 2 suites with private terraces. 10 rooms on the second floor and 10 on the third, one room on each floor will be equipped for people with disabilities.
The interior decoration will be made using high-quality materials: white marble flooring, elevator, bronze fittings and railings, natural wood wall panels, exclusive interior and decor items. The level of the hotel will meet the requirements of the 4* category. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with 80-90 seats with access to a covered terrace. A professional kitchen that meets all standards. Bar. The total area of the hotel is about 2000 sq.m.
The hotel can be purchased both at the renovation stage and at the end. The facade renovation is expected to be completed in early 2022, and the hotel will be fully renovated by 2023.
