The mansion dates back to 1836, which was completely restored in 1999 to make it even more elegant, comfortable and, at the same time, preserving the spirit of the era and Provence. Located in the center of a 10-hectare private park, surrounded by rare trees, shrubs and flowers that add charm and create a pleasant shade in hot summer, the mansion is ideal for nature lovers, privacy, as well as those who long to experience the purely French southern Provencal style.
The first floor of the mansion includes three air-conditioned rooms, each of which is made in its own style and two bathrooms. Also on this floor there is a double living room opening onto the Provencal garden through glass patio doors, a library (aka a reading room with sound system and TV), an indoor dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining area. From this floor there is direct access to the saltwater pool and a separate house.
On the second floor there are four air-conditioned rooms, made in different styles, each with its own bathrooms and dressing. The main bedroom opens onto a private teak terrace with panoramic sea views from Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat to Antibes. The master bedroom also has a living room, an office area and a TV. On the territory of the mansion there is a fortress of the 12th century, separated from it by a gate and a garden. The fortress is not for rent and is open for tourist visits at certain times of the day, however, in their free time, they can be at the disposal of the guests of the mansion for a beautiful meal or event with panoramic sea views.
