Private Island with villa in Bora Bora
This stunning little island and exclusive private residence is located just 10 minutes by boat from the main island of Bora Bora in French Polynesia. From Tahiti where international flights make their arrival, it is a 45-minute flight to Bora Bora. The island is a completely private motu (islet), encircled by truly magical white sand, palm fronted beach on turquoise waters.
The sprawling and majestic villas on the island are completely integrated, with pandanus (thatched) roofs and vast decks in order to create a sense of complete harmony with the surrounding nature.
Main Fares
232 sq.m comprised of two luxurious suites with each a sunken lava bathtubs, shower, dressing area, and the bedroom area with king size beds and custom furniture from a top decorator. Extra large plasma TV with an exotic sound system. All custom designed with rare tropical woods, and natural fabric.
Of course both are air conditioned and have panoramic views onto the garden, the beach and the main island in the background. The expansive decks are all furnished with custom outdoor rest beds.
The Great Room, also about 232 sq.m, is an enormous area for casual gatherings or formal entertaining. In case of excess wind or tropical rains all openings can be instantly closed with motorized screens.
The adjacent dining area, with a hidden wet bar is surrounded by the garden. Two extra large custom made tables enable you to enjoy dining with up to thirty six people.
The Library, a fortress completely furnished and decorated with museum quality Polynesian art, artefacts, rare books and antique prints.
Kitchen: A professional chef’s dream, commercial quality stainless steel equipment, with refrigeration, espresso machine, blenders, convection ovens etc. Separated from all the other buildings. Most of the main buildings are connected with a covered, suspended walkways over the garden wooden causeway.
Guest Accommodation
Nine independent beach bungalows and two suites on the west and east side. The west, the coral and sunset side with three bungalows and a suite. The east, the lagoon or sunrise side, six bungalows and a suite. All bungalows and suites have access to satellite TV.
Beach Bungalows
Shaded and cooled by coconut palm trees, with the deck suspended over the garden, feet away from the white sand. All have king size beds, a bathroom with marble sinks and a solid wood vanity. Separate toilet and step-in wood panelled shower. Decorated tastefully with prints and white coral on shelves alongside a collection of seashells.
The Suite
Two bedrooms one with twin beds, the other with a king size bed. Two bathrooms, one with a free standing bathtub, the other with a shower. There is also a gym with all the amenities including exercise machines, showers, bathroom, large mirrors and satellite television.
The island is completely self sufficient. It has its own water making facility, power generator, waste water treatment center etc. Neither a power failure on the main island nor a drastic water shortage can affect the level of comfort of the island.
