This haven of peace offers lagoon access but also a beautiful white sand beach. This island would be ideal for the development of a hotel project.

This 16.62 hectare private island is perfectly located at a 10 minute boat ride from the Faie Marina and in one of the most popular tourist naturally preserved tourist destinations in French Polynesia among the Society Islands. An exceptionally rare property and opportunity for sale, especially because of its size. Don't miss your chance at owning this piece of paradise.

A Little About Huahine

At just a 40 minute flight from Tahiti, Huahine is known for its superb scenery and its authenticity. Its quaint and colourful villages of fishermen and farmers, the quiet little harbour, the magnificent tropical gardens, the superb lagoon in shades of turquoise, deserted beaches, the numerous uninhabited islets (motu), the stone fish-parks, picturesque bamboo homes (fare) perched on stilts, Huahine distills the essence of Polynesian beauty.

The island harbours some of the most extensive archeological sites and best preserved marae in Polynesia, standing witness to the history of Polynesian migration. To guests uncover some of these riches, tourists can take advantage of the private expeditions, including: 4WD safari, jet-ski tours of the lagoon, hiking in the mountains, free diving in the coral gardens, exploring the outer coral reef, fish-filled caves and crossing paths with sharks and barracudas, sport fishing, as well as cultural discovery in various forms.

Archeological Polynesian History

The well preserved remains of Maeva, an ancient village and traditional seat of the islands royal family. Eleven coastal marae platforms are aligned near the entrance of the village. The most impressive being marae Manunu, with its 40 metre long wall topped with coral slabs. Surrounding them are numerous fare and fish parks, traces of a once dense population.
