The investor is invited to participate in the project based on the contribution of his own funds of 100,000 Euros.

The investor's own funds are deposited as a loan to the DEM GROUP company, which is the co-founder of the new legal entity. The land plot and the buildings on it are on the balance sheet of the investment company and are collateral for the loan. The financing of the construction by the German bank is provided under the guarantees of the DEM GROUP company. The total project costs will amount to 2,696,696 Euros.

The investor's income for 2 years will be 15,000 euros.

The term of the investment agreement is fixed – 2 years.

The profit is paid quarterly, starting from the 6th month from the date of deposit of funds. Repayment of the principal amount of the loan is made upon completion of the contract.
