The object is located on a land plot with an area of ​​more than 1.330 m2. Here is a walk-through portal wash building. In the same building there is a technical room where the equipment is installed and a small office. The washing building has a very large attic floor, which the new user can arrange as they wish.

In 2017, new equipment was installed for the portal car wash “BigTouch”, which provides the ability to remotely monitor, control and retrieve information. With the installation of “BigTouch”, it became possible to service customers without the participation of an operator, as well as the implementation of bonus customer cards and programs.
