2. sign an agreement with the Government of Gibraltar on renting an apartment for 5 years with a guaranteed income of 17% per annum and repurchase after 5 years with a profit of 36% relative to the price for which the apartment was purchased;
3. sign an agreement with the Government of Gibraltar on renting an apartment for 10 years with a guaranteed income of 17% per annum and repurchase after 10 years with a profit of 48% relative to the price for which the apartment was purchased.
When investing an amount of 2 million pounds or more, the investor and his family can apply for a residence permit followed by obtaining a passport (if desired) in 5 years.
