GRENADA CITIZENSHIP FOR INVESTMENT:

Investment Law 2013 The stated purpose of the Law is to enable individuals to obtain permanent residence and citizenship in Grenada by registering after investing in Grenada.

THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING GRENADA CITIZENSHIP FOR INVESTMENT:

An applicant for citizenship must fulfill the requirements set out in the 2013 Investment Law. Among other things, this means that he
or she must be at least eighteen years old, have no criminal
pursuit, be healthy and ready to do the necessary
contribution.

An individual meeting these requirements must complete the following steps:

Step 1

Contact us as an authorized marketing agent. Applications for
citizenship cannot be applied directly to Grenada. Citizenship through the Investment Committee (CBIC) and must only be applied for through an Authorized Marketing Agent. We, as a Marketing Agent, provide advice and assistance in preparing documents for submission.

Step 2

We, as a marketing agent, prepare a package of documents for submission to CBIC.

Step 3

We, as your representatives, answer all questions from the CBIC regarding the applicant file.

Step 4

Each application is verified by the Government through a thorough background check, during which
the information provided is checked and verified.

Step 5

CBIC issues a letter instructing the applicant to complete the purchase of his or her property and completing all necessary paperwork. Upon receipt of proof of payment, CBIC issues a certificate of registration,
establishing that the applicant received a Grenadian
citizenship.
