Infrastructure
The groundwater supply such as electricity, water, sewage and gas can be found in the adjacent road. The available and required capacities must be assessed individually in relation to the specificities of the planned project. There is currently no rainwater canal. An optimal solution is to let the rainwater seep in, for which the existing gravel soil is most favorable.
Soil conditions, contamination
The surface is almost flat, so that no significant landscaping is required for the construction. The gritty soil has a high load-bearing capacity; therefore, no expensive building foundations are to be expected. The land has always been used as arable land, so that contamination can be ruled out. In the meantime, the land continues to be used for agriculture.
Transport
The plots (lots) are located next to the main road 86, which is part of a transit route from the Baltic Sea to the Adriatic Sea.
The nearest motorway connection (M1-Vienna-Budapest) is located in Mosonmagyarvar, 5 miles away.
