The hotel complex offered for sale is located in the prestigious Tisaliget district of the city of Szolnok, the administrative center of the Yas–Nagykun-Szolnok region. One of the oldest Hungarian cities, founded in 1075, is located in Northern Alfeld on the picturesque banks of the Tisza River. The city is located 90 km southeast of Budapest and 80 km from Franz Liszt International Airport. By the end of 2019, the Budapest - Szolnok motorway will be reconstructed and will become a high-speed one, which will allow you to reach the Hungarian capital in 50 minutes.

Thanks to the open healing thermal springs, the city has become an attractive resort center for tourists. Currently, large investment projects worth about 20 million euros are being implemented in Szolnok – a complete reconstruction of the city's water park with swimming and thermal pools, the construction of a marina for water tourism and the restoration of ancient fortifications at the mouth of the Zadva River.
