This well established farm-holiday resort with equestrian center is located in the splendid Sienese countryside, in the Chianti wine region. Renovated with excellent taste, it has an active license for 12 beds and for the restaurant, featuring a good client portfolio especially for horse riding holidays. The estate covers an area of about 16 hectares (40 acres) certified organic, of which 14 ha consist of excellent arable land, rich in water and suitable for horses.
The main house, with a covered surface of about 500 square meters, includes both the part dedicated to the accommodation business, and the part intended for the owners' residence and the caretaker's accommodation. On the ground floor there is the splendid common lounge with fireplace, connected to the kitchen used by guests. The equestrian activity also takes place in the fenced outdoor riding ring of about 800 square meters (40x20 m), as well as in the equipped cross country course which covers about 3 ha.
