The plot of the villa is about 130 sq m. It has big kitchen, open space living area with large windows, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms (two of which are with the bath-tubes).

Villa is in perfect conditions. There is everything you need for comfortable living.

The view from the windows, terrace and the pool is panoramic on lake Lugano (it is the best perspective on lake Lugano).

Location is very comfortable. From here to Switzerland – Lugano downtown is only 5 min drive, near Lugano there is also international airport and express train station (express train takes you for 13 eu ticket to Milan center by 40 minutes). To lake Como – Menaggio – 20 min drive, to the nearest bigger town is 5 minutes- Porlezza, in 8-10 min distance there are big supermarkets, including 24/24hours.

This area is perfect for walking, trekking, horse riding, and water sport. It is ideal place for rest in nature and biggier towns neighbourhood (like lugano with its casino, theatre, boutiques). There is famous Foxtown Village – shopping outlet beside Lugano.
