Maisonette in a charming historic building in the heart of the ancient Borgo Piave, in Belluno.
Palazzo Doglioni is located in the heart of the ancient Borgo Piave, in Belluno, was popularly nicknamed the "Botegon", or tavern, by the workers who gravitated around the village. The plant is in fact very old, at least fifteenth century, but expands and takes on its current elegant appearance between the end of the sixteenth and early seventeenth centuries. The restoration of the building was carried out under the control of the Superintendence of Venice. Floors in terracotta and larch wood, wooden ceilings, plaster and frescoes of great value give each unit an aesthetic value of the highest level. The first unit for sale, an independent maisonette of about 140 square meters, is spread over three levels, with exclusive access from the common courtyard, consists of: cellar with direct access to the ground floor, entrance hall, living room partially frescoed and kitchen on the first floor, double bedroom, hallway, laundry and bathroom on the second floor, double bedroom, hallway and further bathroom on the third floor. The floors are in terracotta, rooms in strips of larch wood. To this unit corresponds a cellar on the ground floor, with access from the common area.
