Villa Ermelinda is spread over three floors and has the typical structure of villas dating back to the 1940s. What makes it unique is its elegant style with a deliberately retro accent, the oil paintings and watercolors, the large windows that allow you to enjoy a breathtaking lake view.
The sleeping area is located on the top floor of the villa, you could go through a wooden staircase. The floor is paved with solid oak wood and is equipped with a modern heating and air cooling system.
The rooms are five, Magnolia, Ninfea, Peonia, Gardenia, Camelia, all furnished maintaining high standards of quality and comfort, with elegant curtains, built-in wardrobes, refined beds, private bathroom made of marble and luxury finishes.
The living area is located on the ground floor, the heart of the floor is the lounge, which overlooks the private garden. In the lounge guests can relax on white leather Chesterfield sofas, and it is embellished with an old piano.
The living room leads to the stainless steel kitchen equipped with professional tools.
The wellness area occupies the entire basement floor, from which you can admire breathtaking landscapes of Lake Maggiore. Here guests can relax in the jacuzzi or take advantage of the Turkish bath. Massages can be booked, or professional gym equipment can be used. The park is arranged on several levels, which alternate up to the pine forest. The swimming pool was built in a privileged position to be able to enjoy a breathtaking view, even while swimming. The lawn around the tub is furnished with elegant iron deck chairs.
