In fact, the grounds that surround the villa belong to an extensive estate that produces a renowned local red and white wine, honey, and extra virgin olive oil. In addition, a lovely swimming pool (11 x 5 meters) has been installed just below the villa and is surrounded by very well-kept gardens.
The property has been restored with particular attention to details; enhancing the original taste of a typical Tuscan country house while granting at the same time all modern comforts such as air-conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite television, Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen. The attractive interiors testify the Tuscan tradition through beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, and the welcoming furniture inspires an overall feeling of sober elegance and warm décor.
The villa can welcome up to 10 guests. The accommodation is separated into two units – the main house and the dependance – each opening on to the large and fenced garden, with a lovely pergola, ideal for outdoor meals. In the main house are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with private bathrooms. The dependance, which contains another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, also benefits from a beautiful built-in barbecue which will liven up summer evenings.
