In the majestic Palazzo Rhinoceros, a historic building designed, restored and furnished by Jean Nouvel, seven apartments are available for rent, each with a unique concept of residing and living pervaded by the art. The palace, nestled between the Arch of Janus and the Palatine Hill, stands out on the skyline of Rome and houses along its six floors in addition to prestigious residences also exhibition spaces and an art gallery with a restaurant and terraces that enjoy spectacular views over the capital. At night the Arch of Janus is divinely illuminated thanks to the project of the Oscar winner Vittorio Storaro, commissioned by the Alda Fendi - Experiments Foundation. Each apartment is identified by the word "thought" translated in different languages and by a haiku poem by Raffaele Curi engraved on the doors.
On the third floor overlooking Via dei Cerchi, with idyllic views over the temple of Hercules and the temple of Portunus, the WALIDHANI apartment ("thought" in the Swahili language) is a mini-suite of 50 square meters with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is set in a stainless steel block that dominates the room with two large desks, each on opposite sides of the room, engraved in the walls. The unit, remaining separable and habitable independently, is communicating with the "KANGAE" apartment.

Guests will experience an 'art safari' with the exhibitions and installations of the artists present on every floor of the building invading spaces, stairs and shafts, and will enjoy the incredible panorama on the last two levels pertaining to the art gallery restaurant, Entr'Acte - Le Restau de la Galerie, with spectacular views over Ancient and Baroque Rome. The monthly condo fees include a flat-rate cost for all utilities and for a cleaning service and linen change every two weeks.
