The Villa has an area of about 2,400 square meters with a characteristic plan with a square shape, it develops on three levels connected by two lifts. The surrounding buildings, with an surface of about 1,300 square meters, act as a frame to the Villa, and consist of a scenographic entrance portico, two caretakers' houses, and a small castle dating back to a more ancient period, that stands majestically on the side of the court completing its perimeter.
The main Villa has a large indoor swimming pool on the ground floor, surmounted by a brick vaulted ceiling.
The main hall is reached via a majestic double staircase and the colonnaded portico. On the sides of the hall there are finely decorated rooms, while on the upper floor there are accommodations and conference rooms.
