The building of the former Catholic church is located in the historical center of Rieti, 60 km from Rome. In 2005, the internal reconstruction of the building was carried out. The building has 3 floors. The facade of the building is a historical heritage. In 2008, specific works were carried out in the building, at a cost of more than 200,000 euros, to obtain a technical certificate of seismic resistance. On the second floor of the building there is a hall of 150 sq.m. with parquet floors, on the third floor there is a hall of 170 sq.m. also with parquet floors. The building is permanently leased (except at the moment) for cultural events andl 2020, the building was leased as a television office and until 2018, the building was leased as a private ballet school.
