Dervio is a small tourist center located in the immediate vicinity of the exit to the highway that connects Colico and Lecco. The Milan-Lecco-Sondrio-Tirano railway line is just 2 km away.

The hotel and residential tourist complex consists of three buildings, two of which are two-level, a restaurant with additional rooms on the top floor, a terrace overlooking the lake, an outdoor swimming pool with changing rooms and a small pool with a solarium. Currently, the entrance to the restaurant is allowed not only to residents of the hotel, but also for everyone.

The residential premises are represented by two-room apartments on the ground floor with a garden, one-room apartments with a balcony and a bedroom on a mezzanine on the second floors and one-room apartments with a spacious sun terrace on the roof.

The property has some storage facilities, technical rooms for equipment, 40 parking spaces reserved for residents, additional Parking spaces for customers-visitors to swimming pools and a restaurant. There are a total of 43 apartments with 110 beds.
