Dorio is a small town located between Dervio and Colico on Lake Como, just 40 km from Lecco. From here it is easy to reach all areas both by highway, which is located a few minutes away, and by rail, which is only 2 km away.

The architectural design of the hotel complex reflects the harmony of the landscape; cozy and comfortable apartments with terraces overlooking the lake are located in beautiful buildings around the pool and solarium. The complex is located on the east coast of Lake Como, which offers a magnificent view of the lake, stretching all the way to Bellagio and Menaggio.

The hotel complex consists of several buildings mainly for residential purposes, as well as a restaurant with 120 seats and 30 seats on the street, a kitchen, a reception room, a large conference hall and a multipurpose hall, a caretaker's apartment, a warehouse and covered parking. It is planned to implement a spacious fitness center and SPA.

The living area is divided into 7 buildings with 54 apartments of various categories, 3 of which are equipped for the disabled; a total of 190-200 beds. All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette and plumbing. The two residential levels are characterized by large covered balconies or private gardens, all with wonderful panoramic views, thanks to the sloping plot. The landscaping of the complex is completed by an outdoor swimming pool consisting of two connected pools, two spacious changing rooms, a medical office, storage facilities and a sunbathing area of about 2000 sq. m.

All zones are equipped with climate control with autonomous split systems and heat pumps in the apartments, a refrigeration group for the restaurant and conference hall, a lake pumping system for the pool and irrigation systems.

The total area of the hotel is about 54.000 sq. m. m with about 180 sq. m . m directly opposite the lake, where you can make a pier for mooring boats. In addition, there is a detached house with an area of about 100 sq. m.
