Description

This residence was completely renovated and expanded in 2006. It is a “maso chiuso", which gives it a special value.

3rd floor – 2 one-room apartments with bathrooms of 18.5 and 20 sq.m. (one with a balcony), three-room apartments of 74 sq.m. with a balcony of 8 sq.m.

All residential units have been carefully decorated and furnished in the style of South Tyrol. Each room turned out to be cozy, warm and ideal for an unforgettable holiday. At the same time, the kitchens are modern with modern household appliances.

Underground, directly under the main building there is a huge garage for 25 Parking spaces (550 sq.m.), as well as technical rooms and storerooms.

Not far from the main building there is a building of 70 sq.m. for renovation, which can be equipped for a fitness area and spa.

Another building with an area of 97.5 sq.m. has a very interesting architecture, but is now used for storage.

The property is complemented by a three-storey Alpine-style house with an area of about 170 sq.m., completely renovated, located right on the slopes. Previously, workers lived in it.

Territory

21.890 sq.m. of land belongs directly to the residence. But there are also 4,665 sq.m. of land belonging to the house on the slopes and 72,575 sq.m. of forest. That is, the total area of the territory reaches about 10 hectares.
