The property is a house with a swimming pool and a plot of about 20,000 sq.m., where olive trees (about 750 plants) are grown for the production of high-quality extra vergine oil (about 50-60 per year).

Historically, the house was one of five rural houses that formed a small borgo, and occupied a dominant location with panoramic views of the valley. In 2008, the house was completely renovated and divided into the main residential part with an area of 270 sq.m. and an extension with an area of 70 sq.m. Both parts are independent, but can be connected by two passages, which are now sealed with plasterboard.

The main residential part of the house is decorated with a large beautiful terrace of about 70 sq.m. Under it there is a large room with rainwater collection tanks and a place to store garden tools and equipment for the pool.

Entering the house, you fall into a spacious living room, from which you can go to the dining room for 12 people and the kitchen with a fireplace and a Palazzetti wood-burning stove, From the kitchen you can go down to the cellar with an old well and into the room for storing oil and wine.

On the mezzanine level there is a day zone, an office and a bar.

If you enter through another entrance, then on the right there will be 3 air–conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the left there will be a bedroom with a dressing room and a living room, a luxurious bathroom, a laundry room and a technical room. In the bathrooms, parquet made of iroko wood is laid on the floor, and the walls are tiled with porcelain.

In the annex on the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a portico with access to the pool; and on the second floor there is a bedroom with a small living room.

Both in the house and in the annex, a new security system has been installed, two separate wi-fi lines have been installed.

The pool is 13x6m in size and 1.80m deep. The sides are finished with Tuscan sandstone. There is a shower. Cleaning equipment is located in two compartments. A laurel hedge separates the pool from the rest of the territory.
