This Relais is the perfect starting point for sightseeing and food and wine tours in Central Italy. It’s halfway between Perugia (26 km) and Todi (25 km), which can both be reached in half an hour. Assisi and Spoleto are 44 km and 46 km away respectively and can be reached in 45 minutes. Ripabianca (7 km) is the nearest built-up area, perfect for your everyday shopping needs.
The E45 dual carriageway is just 6 km away, and it allows you to reach Rome (150 km) and Florence (170 km) in less than two hours.
The nearest airport is Perugia S. Egidio (27 km), whereas Rome’s international airports of Ciampino and Fiumicino are 166 km and 183 km away, respectively (less than two hours by car).

The Relais, built about 20 years ago, is actually habitable, even if it requires ground consolidation interventions, through appropriate micropile systems.
The apartments, finished with single-fired floor and with ceramic tiles for the bathroom claddings, require extraordinary maintenance, especially the external window fixtures, the bathrooms and the heating boilers.
The main farmhouse was built keeping the taste and the charm of an ancient building. It is currently used as a reception of the accommodation activity, but alternatively it can be perfectly converted into a manor house.
