In a hilly and panoramic position, the Relais is immersed in the green Umbrian countryside.
This facility was built following the natural course of the soil. It overlooks lovely farmlands, olive groves and the surrounding villages.
This Relais is the perfect starting point for sightseeing and food and wine tours in Central Italy. It’s halfway between Perugia (26 km) and Todi (25 km), which can both be reached in half an hour. Assisi and Spoleto are 44 km and 46 km away respectively and can be reached in 45 minutes. Ripabianca (7 km) is the nearest built-up area, perfect for your everyday shopping needs.
The E45 dual carriageway is just 6 km away, and it allows you to reach Rome (150 km) and Florence (170 km) in less than two hours.
The nearest airport is Perugia S. Egidio (27 km), whereas Rome’s international airports of Ciampino and Fiumicino are 166 km and 183 km away, respectively (less than two hours by car).

The Relais houses 27 independent and furnished apartments, including two-room apartments (about 50 sq.m), three-room apartments (about 75 sq.m) and four-room apartments (about 100 sq.m), private external areas (terrace, courtyard or garden).
Two-room apartments: living room with a double bed sofa, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with a shower, storage rooms, terrace or garden.
Three-room apartments: living room with a double bed sofa, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with a shower, storage room, terrace or garden.
Four-room apartments: living room with a double bed sofa, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with a shower, storage room, terrace or garden.
The 2-floor farmhouse (building 3) houses the reception, the restaurant with a beautiful porch, an industrial kitchen and the bathrooms on the ground floor, and three apartments with a terrace on the first floor.
State and finishing
The Relais, built about 20 years ago, is actually habitable, even if it requires ground consolidation interventions, through appropriate micropile systems.
The apartments, finished with single-fired floor and with ceramic tiles for the bathroom claddings, require extraordinary maintenance, especially the external window fixtures, the bathrooms and the heating boilers.
The main farmhouse was built keeping the taste and the charm of an ancient building. It is currently used as a reception of the accommodation activity, but alternatively it can be perfectly converted into a manor house.
External areas
This property is accessed from an unpaved road for a few hundreds of metres. It’s immersed in greenwood and is fully fenced. It houses various relaxation areas, a swimming pool, a tennis court, playgrounds for children, a barbeque area, a table tennis table and a bowls court.
The swimming pool is in a panoramic and sunny position. Bars and other services are nearby.
The area is surrounded by pedestrian and cycle paths for long walks and rides.
