Villa — Sea, South Coast
This charming villa is located near the centre (4 km) and is in excellent conditions thanks to the restoration work carried out with a lot of taste and attention. The floors are mainly covered with oak planks in addition to terracotta. The doors and armoured windows made of solid wood of a well-known Venetian craftsman make the villa elegant and safe at the same time while the walls are plastered and painted in ivory white.
The villa has several levels. The ground floor includes a large living-room, a lounge, a kitchen, two double bedrooms each a with walk-in closet and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is a completely windowed gazebo with access to a terrace.
Downstairs there is an area entirely reserved for guests consisting of four rooms each with a bathroom, a walk-in closet and a gym.
Outside there is a wonderful swimming pool of 12x6 m accompanied by a spacious solarium made of wood that provides a great view of the entire property. The villa is surrounded by 3.5 hectares of land, mainly covered with an olive grove with 200 plants and a coppice.
Currently, the villa is being used as a summer residence but it offers itself to a conversion into a Charming accommodation as it is already functional to accommodate 10-12 people.
