Dorio is a small town between Dervio and Colico and just 40 km from Lecco, all areas are easily reachable both from the state road just a few minutes away and from the railway just 2 km away.
The careful architectural design of the hotel resort reflects the harmony of the landscape; Cozy and comfortable apartments with a terrace overlooking the lake are located in pretty buildings around the swimming pool and solarium. The complex lies on a very characteristic stretch of the eastern coast of Lake Como from which you can admire a very large stretch of lake; the view extends as far as Bellagio and Menaggio.
The structure consists of several buildings for mainly residential use, there are also two buildings with other destinations: restaurant with 120 indoor seats and 30 outdoor seats, the kitchen, the reception, a large conference room and a multipurpose room, apartment of the caretaker, warehouse and covered car park. The construction of a large fitness area and SPA is planned.
The residential area is divided into 7 buildings with 54 apartments of different types, 3 of which are equipped for the disabled; for a total of 190/200 beds. All apartments are equipped with kitchenette and sanitary facilities. The living levels are two and are characterized by large covered balconies or private gardens all with an excellent panoramic view favored by the particular steep layout of the land. The facilities of the complex are completed by an outdoor swimming pool consisting of two pools connected with access to the public, two large changing rooms, a medical room, storage rooms and a solarium area for an area of about 2,000 square meters.
All areas are equipped with air conditioning with independent groups with split and heat pumps in the apartments, refrigeration unit for restaurant and conference room, pumping system of lake water for the swimming pool and irrigation system.
The total area of the structure is approximately 54,000 square meters. with about 180sqm. in front of the lake where it is possible to build a pier for the landing of boats. The property also consists of an independent villa of about 100 square meters.
