We propose a villa of about 210sqm, undergoing complete renovation and located just above the village of Tellaro as well as over the sea, reachable on foot. The villa is developed on three levels and divided into a main building and a dependence.

The night quarters are, then, on the lower level, which is connected through an easy inside staircase, and consist of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony, two double bedrooms, one of which with exit onto the garden, and a bathroom.
In addition to this, the dependence, which has a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a double bedroom with closet space, and a service room, can be found on the ground floor. The part of the garden right in front of the cottage will be converted into a solarium for the infinity pool.
The garden surrounding the villa expands in lowering plains, connected to each other thanks to stone pathways. This will present a well to which the irrigation system will be wired up. There is a pedestrian entryway at the end of the garden, with two more parking spots outside.
The villa is currently undergoing renovation and will be completed with high-quality materials and advanced systems by next Spring; final client’s choice is still available for some finishing touches. The villa’s biggest strength is its proximity to the village and the sea, without feeling isolated.
