House in Torno - Lake Como
The house is located in the village of Torno, not far from Lake Como, the ferry and the free municipal parking spaces.
The house is in good condition but needs renovations due to the change of use of the premises.
The house is on two levels. On the first floor, we find the living room and kitchen. Following up, on the second floor, there are two bedrooms and the bathroom.
A beautiful vaulted stone cellar with a separate entrance could be organized for the area intended for guests.
