On the first hill of Argegno, not far from the shores of the lake and its "old" Borgo, the apartment is part of a 1990s villa divided into three housing solutions.
The house is reached through a driveway gate and a pedestrian gate which leads to a part of the garden shared with another house up to the garage. An independent entrance leads to the open-space living room with fireplace, to the dining room and to the eat-in kitchen with a common view of the private garden suspended in a spectacular panorama of the lake. A few steps divide the sleeping area, where the two bedrooms and the bathroom stand out.
