Architecture
The architecture and interiors of the halls are the creation of the Latvian design star Zane Tetere – modern, monumental and at the same time light and open in Jurmala. The architect of the project, Zane Tetere, has his own recognizable, modern, light and at the same time unexpectedly convincing and monumental style, with an emphasis on form and special attention to detail.
The architectural concept is an elegant, artistic mixture of the last great style – refined Art Deco and laconic functionalism popular in Jurmala in the 30s of the last century.
When designing the project, the latest technologies, the highest quality and natural construction and finishing materials were used: valuable wood and marble in the decoration, forged details on the facade.
The central axis of the whole composition is a lonely bonsai right in front of the main entrance. Its elegance is emphasized by a double arch, like a "time gate", framing the passage to the building. The nine-meter doorway is made of a special heat-treated Japanese pine.
All the subtle iridescences of color, the play of semitones are created by two main materials of the facade – noble granite of the color of the sandy Jurmala beach and two types of small glass mosaic: the same creamy-golden and gray-blue, like a cool Baltic wave. The lightness and spectacular brilliance of the building is given by a special faceted carving on the glass panels that enclose the balconies.
In front of the entrance, a small waterfall runs, envelops with the soft sound of falling water, calms and adjusts to a philosophical mood.
Interior
The interior decoration of public spaces is also made using rare, expensive materials. In the hall rooms it is silver travertine, which is sometimes also called "young marble". On its light, delicate background, the doors stand out stunningly effectively (the height of the entrance openings in the apartments is 2.4 meters) and panels made of cyricote, a rare, very durable wood, which is strikingly rich in pattern.
The multiplicity of light sources from a spectacular chandelier to soft illumination of walls and apartment rooms makes objects and details voluminous, expands the space.
Location
The location of the project is the main component of any real estate project. The complex is located on the Golden Mile, an area of exclusive private villas and elite residential buildings. Luxury buildings create a special social environment: security, tranquility, respectability. This is the center of Jurmala, at the same time the Project is in the first line, away from the hustle and bustle. Only a dune zone of 100 meters separates the project area from the sea.
