A land plot in Salaspils parish with an area of 14.02 hectares for sale. The property is located near Salaspils, near the Riga – Daugavpils highway (422 meters along the asphalt road), at a distance of 6.5 km from Riga. According to the territorial plan of the Salaspils region, most of the land is located in the industrial development zone. A railway line runs along the right side of the site, to which it is possible to connect and use for own purposes, a gas pipeline and an electric line pass in close proximity. The Ministry of Transport has also developed a project that provides for the A6 highway a parallel road with an exit to this land.
