Jaunciems is a small microdistrict located in the north-eastern part of the city of Riga. It is located on the shore of Lake Kisezers, surrounded by a green pine forest - wonderful fresh, pine air. The secluded area is perfect for families with children, people who appreciate privacy with nature and comfort.
The highlight of this house is an extension - the ";Winter Garden";, which can be accessed through the main front entrance. For the comfort of future residents, there are heated floors, and the “Winter Garden” can also be equipped according to your wishes or needs, for example, as a rest room or an additional office.
