Location: Bar region, Virpazar, Oryahovo Pole/Dupilo area.
Remote - Lake Skadar (Virpazar - 3.3 km), the capital Podgorica - 25 km, Budva - 29 km, Petrovac - 19 km, Sutomore - 20 km).
Close proximity to large seaside resorts (more than 2 million vacationers in summer) - 30 minutes by car or bus. Montenegrins and permanently resident Russians (more than 10-12,000 in winter, and about 100,000 in summer) will ensure an influx of people at any time of the year.
An excellent plot of 5.583 sq m (56 acres), consists of two parts separated by the mountain river Oryashitsa. The plots are owned.

The construction was completed in a “rough form” with a roof, communications are being laid out and preparations are being made for finishing work.

Additionally built on 07/15/18:

– parking equipment for cars and minibuses – up to 40 places
– construction of a bridge 16 meters long across the river.
So far, the founders of the company (three individuals) have invested 650,000 euros.
The estimated cost of the implementation of all parts of the project, minus the invested funds (including the cost of land plots, the project, permits, construction and installation works, furniture and equipment, etc.) - 750.000 euros, there is an estimate for contracts with contractors (concluded), calculations for equipment , personnel, costs, payback (ON REQUEST).
