Apartment 8-(3+4) occupies the top two floors of a 4-storey building. All Windows overlook the sea and the territory of the complex.
The apartment is furnished in 2018 and is fully ready to move in.
On the ground floor there are: kitchen-dining room, living room, terrace, bathroom and hall with stairs to the second floor. The total area of the first floor is 62 sq.m.
On the second floor: Three bedrooms, a bathroom and a huge terrace. On the layout, it is shown in two colors and represents a single space. The total area of the second floor is 80 sq.m.
Finishing: High-quality ceramics, oak plank on the floor, windows: composition of oak and PVC in the color of oak. The bathrooms are fully equipped. The glass has a double coating of stopsol and parsol, which prevents the penetration of ultraviolet light from the street. If you look from the premises to the street, the glasses seem completely transparent, if on the contrary – semi-mirrored.
The entrance to the apartment is from a marble staircase. Free parking space is included in the price of the apartment and is located directly at the entrance to the building.

The complex is built on the Adriatic coast in the North-Western part of Montenegro (see map) in the forest park area of Herceg Novi. The population of this seaside town with all its surroundings is about 15 thousand people. It stretches along the seashore and is a harmonious combination of the old town with low-rise buildings in the Mediterranean style. Basically, these are three-four-storey buildings. The pedestrian embankment with a length of about 12 km is filled with restaurants, cafes and shops. Sandy and pebble beaches and places to relax with umbrellas and sun beds stretch along the entire promenade. There are various water activities, terraces with attractions and table
tennis, and even restaurant service directly "to the water". The town itself is surrounded by greenery and
flowers, everything disposes to walks by the sea, along cozy streets, through the old town and the fortress
(for more information, see the description of Herceg Novi).
The location of the complex is its big plus. The complex is located on a separate
forested area. A mountain river flows along the border, giving coolness in the summer;
it is also a source of backup water supply. Mountain water is poured into all the pools
of the complex. Down to the sea and the promenade 7 minutes on foot. At the same time, crossing (sideways) over the bridge
over the river, you immediately find yourself in a dense and completely undeveloped forest area with
endless forest paths. (The array is not subject to development). If you go the other
way from the river, then all the shops and other infrastructure of the city are also within walking
distance.
The complex is a low-rise modern village in the Mediterranean style.
The total area is 4,500 sq.m. There are 9 houses in total in the complex, although visually there are only six of them (three
objects are doubled). Each building has a separate building permit. By the decision of the State Commission for Construction Supervision, the complex was put into
operation in May 2015.
The layouts of the premises are very spacious, mainly studios (40 sq m) and two and three bedroom
apartments ranging from 60 to 140 sq. m. meters, cost from 1750 euros / sq m

Free parking space is provided for each apartment.
Three large pools for adults and a pool for children are the decoration of the complex,
around the pools there are recreation areas, a playground, a barbecue area and gazebos for
relaxation. The purest water from a mountain river is poured into the pools. In summer, when it is especially hot,
you can swim not only in the pool, but also in the river itself, and the crowns of the trees above it protect
from direct sunlight. In this sense, the location of the complex is unique and in combination with
landscape design creates a cozy and unique microclimate for vacationers.
Structurally, the buildings are made in the form of a reinforced concrete frame and monolithic
reinforced concrete floors. The walls consist of hollow bricks and double-glazed windows.
The facade and roofs are additionally insulated with styrofoam 60 mm thick. The construction
of the wall is completed by natural stone and bovalite. From the inside, the walls are plastered and painted in shades
of white.
The finishing of the apartments is included in their price and is made of high-quality ceramics and parquet. In places where tiles are laid on the floor, there is underfloor heating. Into window openings
double-glazed windows of the highest quality with polished oak trim elements are inserted.
The energy-saving glass coating prevents the greenhouse effect in summer and
prevents the rooms from freezing in winter. The finishing and equipment of the bathrooms is
completely turnkey. All communications are connected to the installation sites of the kitchens, but the kitchen itself
is not included in the price. In those buildings in which the finishing has not yet been completed, finishing is possible at
the request of the customer.
The daily life of the complex is maintained and provided by the Management Company. Its
tasks include maintaining the safety and security of the property of the complex and its residents,
organizing and maintaining the smooth functioning of all technical systems,
maintaining the proper sanitary condition of water in swimming pools, cleaning the territory,
garbage collection, providing information and consulting services, assistance in the arrangement of apartments,
providing a wide range of paid services, such as window washing, additional arrangement
of apartments, etc.
