5868. Opshtina Niksic. Investment project.

A plot of land in the village of Krupac, 100 meters away from the borders of the village, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Krupac (100 meters), from the international highway M6 (to Bosnia) and the highway E 762 - 2.5 km. Plot area 7.100 sq m (0.71 ha). Purpose - construction of a factory for the production of mineral water. Trial drilling was carried out to a depth of 30 meters, the inner diameter of the casing pipe was 115 mm. Aquifer at a depth of 27 meters. After running the pump for 24 hours, the capturing capacity was determined - 84,000 liters per day. When drilling 2-3 new wells with a diameter of 200-250 mm (according to specialists' calculations), the daily capacity will be at least 500,000 - 700,000 liters. All the necessary bio, chemical, and physical analyzes of water have been performed twice - the water meets the requirements: drinking, slightly mineralized. Bottling and bottling is allowed.

The main project was completed (with reference to the locality) for the manufacture and installation of a factory building (metal structure / hangar / sandwich panel) with an area of ​​1000 sq m (20x50), the estimated cost is 240,000 euros.
