A new interesting project of mini-houses
The land plot for the new project is located in Kavacha, in the immediate vicinity of the luxurious residence Tivat Heights. A third of the land is an olive grove, and the remaining 2/3 is a pine forest. It is planned to preserve as many trees as possible and turn this project into a Mediterranean oasis. The sea line is close, and Tivat is only 5 kilometers away.
This project does not have a sea view. It is located just a 5-minute drive from the nearest beach or the center of Tivat, but offers privacy and incredible nature.
The land plot has an area of almost 10,000 square meters and 18 small houses will be located on it, most of which have already been reserved. The design of the project is carried out in compliance with all urban planning standards. The houses will be made in the Mediterranean style with stone elements on the facade, in accordance with the local architectural tradition, but with a modern and optimal design. There are a lot of trees on the plot, so the houses will merge with nature and will not be located in a row, but turned at different angles to avoid monotony. The work is expected to begin at the end of 2022, the first houses will be habitable in mid-2024. In its completed form, this project will be a beautiful small village located in the extraordinary nature of the Bay of Kotor.
