LOCATION: The Apartment Housing Estate is located in Montenegro, the modern state in the south eastern part of Europe, in the Boka Kotorska Bay, on the coast of the Adriatic plot, where the building is planned, is situated between the local road that connects Tivat and the Island of the Sea and the Flowers, with total area of 1.8 ha.

CONTENTS:The concept of the settlement is based upon the compatibility between the traditional spirit and the utmost comfortable and luxurious space for relaxation. The level of comfort in any sense, from functionality to aesthetics, is achieved by simplicity, spaciousness, and by appliance of the elements with plain proportions. In general, the apartment estate is divided into different zones: the entrance, as the public block, the zone with villas, the beach and the port. The public block of the building complex contains a shopping mall, service building and public parking lot. Since the shopping mall is situated in the part of the lot that is separated by a local road, it will be in use for both the local inhabitants and the visitors. The beach is settled on the southwestern part of the location, on the relatively flat terrain. It is also planned to build the plateaus-the leveled platforms to achieve the best sea view. The port is positioned in the middle of the shore, with the deepest sea point of 15m. There will be 48 moorings for the boats with maximum length of 30m. The dock is equipped with all the necessities for service, and on the sea shore there is also a restaurant with a large terrace. All the contents are connected by the understandable pedestrian paths.
