This is a low-rise modern settlement in the Mediterranean style. The total land area is 4,500 sq.m. Structurally, the buildings are made in the form of a reinforced concrete frame and monolithic reinforced concrete floors. The walls consist of hollow bricks and double-glazed windows. Facades and roofs are additionally insulated with 60 mm thick styrofoam. Natural stone completes the construction of the wall and bovalit. The inside walls are plastered and painted in shades of white.

The finishing of the apartments is included in their price and is made of high quality ceramics and parquet. In places where the floor is laid, there is floor heating.
