Quinta do Paço Lumiar has 14,557 sqm and is located in the parish of Lumiar, known as an area of historical manor houses in Lisbon city centre.
The project consist of seventeen townhouses, twelve with three bedrooms and five with four bedrooms, and a condominium room, arranged perpendicularly along the new road that crosses the property from North to South. All the townhouses have a private pool in the garden and a central patio that connects private area to the exterior.
