The restaurant is located in an old house, the general renovation of which was carried out in 2018. At the same time, the restaurant was reconstructed and equipped with new equipment.

Together with the restaurant, the restaurant management company is being sold, which has all the necessary documentation, electronic cash register, certificates, hygiene permits. The firm has a 20-year positive financial history. This will make it easier to get loans.

1st floor
Non-smoking room with 8 tables for 30 guests. Area: 7m x 15m = 105m2

The kitchen has work desks, refrigerators, and a warehouse for storing food.

Modern convectomats for professional kitchens. They allow cooking dishes in large volume, they are evenly treated with hot air and steam.

During the reconstruction in 2018, new networks (electricity, water, gas, sewerage) were laid in the house.

New recuperators have been installed that clean the air without having to open windows in winter. Recuperators not only ventilate the air in the room, they significantly save heating costs, since they effectively reduce heat loss. The price of recuperators is 20,000€.

Restaurant
The restaurant provides 100 – 150 meals a day. 40 guests can gather for lunch and dinner.

The restaurant delivers 60-100 meals a day by its own car. Serves 30 companies with lunches in Poprad.

In the evening, a joint viewing of sports competitions on large screens is carried out in the restaurant.

The restaurant serves tourists in Poprad and the High Tatras, corporate and city events, weddings and family holidays.

The restaurant's menu is focused on healthy eating. Vegetables and herbs are grown on a farm near Poprad. The farm supplies dairy products, pork, lamb, veal, rabbit and poultry meat. Products for the new owner will be delivered from the farm.
