The residential building, measuring 9 m x 8 m, has a ground floor design and needs renovation. It is partly made of wood, partly of brick and siporex. Mostly a concrete slab (without insulation) is made on the floor. The ceiling also has a concrete slab, which allows for the creation of additional spaces in the currently unfinished attic. The facade is classic, plastered. The roof was newly covered in 1997 (Bramac). The windows are older, wooden (1990). The bathroom was renovated in 1990. The plumbing pipes are galvanized and the sewer pipes are made of pvc. A new, single-phase meter with older fuses is installed in the building. Heating was arranged with a wood stove in the kitchen and additionally with a bread stove. The estate is currently uninhabited and is divided into two parts: in the east the buildings are surrounded by mostly agricultural land (meadow in nature) and in the west mostly forest land with a small field. Access is easy, paved and arranged along the municipal road.
