In the hayloft, there is a panoramic wellness & spa area that consists of three different-themed saunas, a rest area, a swimming pool and space with 2 bedrooms each with its bathroom, located in the attic of the hayloft. The downstairs wellness area is fully equipped with floor heating. On the ground floor, there is a Turkish sauna with a view of the starry sky, a panoramic herbal sauna, a multi-function shower and toilet facilities. The biggest attraction is the hydro-massage swimming pool, which has two separate parts. A smaller one with beds and benches with 80 cm water depth,and a larger one with devices for swimming against the current, with 140 cm water depth. The wellness area is on the mezzanine, where there is also an infrared sauna with a glazed southern wall and a rest area where you can enjoy an exceptional view of the hilly surroundings of unspoilt nature.

There is also an outdoor Finnish sauna with a wood fireplace, a rest area and a shower.

A special tree-top house on the estate is here to welcome visitors all year round. It is the only tree-top house in Slovenia that provides enough comfort for a year-round stay. It was made from completely natural materials, but still has all the modern touches that people expect today. Inside, there is an old oak floor, and the walls are coated with natural clay or loam. Clay plaster never completely dries, as it absorbs excess moisture from the air, which slightly evaporates back into the room. With this, it maintains a pleasant climate in the house throughout the year with between 55-

65% relative air humidity. It gives a feeling of coolness in the warm months and warmth in the winter months. Of course, there is heating in the house. In the living room, there is a wood pellet stove, and in the bathroom, a pleasant temperature is provided by the floor heating. On particularly cold days, additional heating is provided by an electric radiator.

The hunting tower is an independent wooden accommodation facility suitable for two adults. On the four floors of the total area of two-room apartment, it offers the perfect comfort and convenience you have always dreamed of. On the ground floor, there is the front door, a wardrobe and a minimalist bathroom in black&white design, with floor heating, a sink, a toilet and a massage shower. A circular staircase leads past the second, living room floor with a Chesterfield sofa and television up to the third, bedroom floor with a king-size double bed and an ambient fireplace. From here, you climb the stairs to the last, fourth floor, from which the view, through thoughtfully located glass panels with the warm bubbles of a genuine whirlpool, takes you over dozens of peaks of the South Styrian hills. After the bath, you can relax on leather chaise lounge recliners in the style of old hunting lodges.

The estate has a nice green area around the houses. There is also an outdoor pool with a seating area and a wooden terrace. Guests can park their cars outside, 5 parking lots are provided.
