Exterior:

The house stands on a 492m2 plot, has a rectangular shape of 13.6m x 9m, a ground floor and a pitched roof. The driveway is paved with gravel, curbs have been installed behind the house and is backfilled with a 16/32 fraction. The front of the front entrance is paved. The plot is level, the grass is unseeded. To the north of the house is a two car shed, to the east of the house is a small shed and to the south of the house is an outside covered terrace in front of the living room. The carport, shed and terrace must be built of metal and are not included in the price. A chimney can be built for an additional fee.

Interior:

From the north side, where there is parking or a carport (not included), enter through the main entrance into the hallway with a cloakroom. Next to the entrance hall is a 'utility' room. The southern part of the building is planned as an open living area, facing south, where the kitchen, dining and living room are located, with a passage to the outdoor terrace. There is also a pantry next to the kitchen. In the centre of the building there is a corridor leading to a bedroom and two children's rooms, as well as a bathroom.

Technical description:

The house has no basement and stands on a 25 cm thick reinforced concrete slab foundation. The foundation slab is insulated with 8 cm thick XPS 500l insulation and resting on a gravel mat.

The load-bearing walls will be constructed of 25 cm thick brick and will be constructed as brick walls with horizontal and vertical joints, the internal load-bearing walls and partition walls will also be brick. Brickwork with thermal and sound insulation

The roof is to be constructed of wooden elements. Roof is to be of timber - timber construction. Roof should be brick.
