The camp is located on raised terraces above the river and thus provides a great view of the river and the surrounding hills from the other side. The terrain is rugged and descends to the river from south to north along three plateaus (the height difference between the upper and lower plateaus is about 15 m). The plateaus are mostly green, with scattered trees and fairly level, the slopes are also green and more densely covered with trees.

On the upper plateau there is a reception and a place for campers and trailers. Here, the entire area of ​​the forest edge has not yet been used, since, according to the data of the OPPN, there are places for the construction of 10 bungalows - wooden houses or for glamping. Now there is one wooden house, which was renovated in 2021 (new kitchen, bathroom).

The middle plateau is reserved for tents. There are also larger toilets (toilet, shower and outdoor covered area for washing dishes), publicly accessible.

The lower plateau is organized in such a way that one part has access to the water and a place to relax on the beach. In the second part there is a place for a restaurant. Both parts are currently on long-term lease and are not part of the sale.
