The Eixample district is one of the most beautiful to live in and has several cosy neighborhoods inside of it. This building is located on Diputación Street, 352. It boasts its renovated pre modernist facade that has kept its original colors. The entire block is renovated by the architectural studio Trias de Bes TDB Arquitectura along with the interior design studio Azul Tierra.
This is an original building from 1890, built during the time of the Universal Exhibition of the late nineteenth century. This renovated building now has five floors, two replica floors that are harmoniously integrated with the old ones . In fact, although it has undergone a renovation process, the property retains elements and details that take us back to that modernist past. The elements like balconies, wood structures and rope slat blinds or the modernist hydraulic tiles typical of these countries.
In total, there are up to ten properties including a ground floor, ranging from 75 to 77 square meters. There is also a small patio on the site of the building which allows to enjoy a small green area. The price of these homes ranges between 490,000 to 655,000 euros (VAT not included).
